I am incredibly pleased with the new EntrySign system, the software is excellent, the hardware is great, and it all feels very slick. Lewis has been fantastic, really friendly and helpful in getting us up and running, along with your development team in getting some of the tweaks for us correct. I’m really impressed with the company and pleased we moved over to the system. I will be recommending you to our partner schools, and I am also confident that we will be expanding the system later in the year.

EntrySign is easy, reliable, and conveniently there to help manage it all! For Example; during our special events, EntrySign gives the option to “Prebook” anyone who’s RSVP or allows you to create a “Special Event” entry log-in for any occasion easy to maintain and maneuver through as a guest. During an emergency with the click of a button, everyone’s safety is/could be at the fingertips of the “security guard, head of school, and/or administrator.” Without a doubt EntrySign has made attendance that much easier to maintain & keep track of.

The link to SIMS is good for staff and the ability to set evacuation reports to both email and printers is really useful.

The product has worked well across the Trust, as a unified solution where staff can gain access to multi-site with a single card. Easy to use and importantly provides effective fire alarm registers for all staff, students and all visitors. There was no resistance to the products implementation internally, and the setup across the Trust was relatively swift and painless.

We’ve been using EntrySign for about 4 years having been using paper to record staff and visitor movements. EntrySign has reduced administration time and it’s easy to maintain and use. We can see who’s in and it provides an audit of events.
